Low blood pressure and high pulse rate – Heart Health

Hi everyone, I am new here and was looking everywhere for the “new post” button. Didn’t find it so I decided to reply here. I am 42 yrs old and weigh 155. I will try to be brief about what has happened to me since 10-13-08

I was having digestive problems and pain around my breastbone area, coinciding with back pain. This has been going on for awhile but had gotten unbearable. Went to the ER. They looked for stones (of any kind) with a CAT scan. They found cysts on my liver and nothing else. I was given pain meds and told to follow up with my Dr. I told her all my symptoms. She thought and ulcer and put me on 40mg Protonix. I had an upper and lower GI. Lower was fine. Upper revealed some abnormalities. They biopsied and found H. Pylori. I have had a round of antibiotics. The breastbone pain, sometimes moving to my upper chest just below the collarbone on the right, continues throughout all of this and they decided to do a stress test. In the meanwhile they sent me for a sonogram to check the organs. That turned out fine, the cyst on the liver appeared to be simple (and of no concern). Then I had a hydascan for the gallbladder (working at 91%). Still having chest pain. Went for my stress test 12/30/08. My BP was 132 / 76 which is what it has always been (give or take) My resting heart rate would go between 97 & 105. I personally thought that was high. My Dr. also showed concern. I am awaiting my results. She says if the stress test doesn’t show anything we will do the ECHO. I have never been sick. Now I have cyst on my liver, H. pylori and high heart rate. Some of my other symptoms are occaisional calf cramps (at night), someoccaisional insomnia, pain in my upper arms shoulders, fingers and wrist ache and hurt sometimes, I hurt under my ribcage on the right and left, beginning with my breasbone and going around to my sides, all the time. When I do walk or jog. I do hear my heart pounding in my ears and my left jugular thumps really loud in my neck, I catch myself putting my hand on it to try to calm it down. During the stress test this happened and the upper parts of my calfs felt tight and burning. I only drink water and juice juices. I’ve been off caffiene for 15yrs now. Not a drinker or smoker. I am a little concerned. Sorry so long but thats it in a nutshell. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
