My Blood Pressure ranges between 130/85 to 140/100. Is it alright , I am 45.?

I don’t know where on earth you are getting your blood pressure taken. The automatic blood pressure machines in drug stores and super market are notorious for giving false reading.
By the way, regular blood pressure does not increase with age. Normal/healthy blood pressure is matching at any age.

I am more comfy with feminine doctors and get low b/p read outs. Male doctors my b/p is bad the charts. just dread of male doctors.
you can do abundantly of things to naturally lower your b/p stride 20 minutes a day. pocket the stairs, exercise a little. they say aloud you don’t have to do a 30 minute work out, only do 3 10 minutes. thru out the day. so put your foot on your lunch break and avoid coffee.

I would not suggest going on ANY cholesteral lowering medication, as they can have foul and muscle weakness side affects, and you don’t bring that muscle strength back when you stop the meds.
Eat your green leafy veggies, munch through fruits for snacks and desserts, and have sooner or later where you can get through what you want. don’t torture yourself. *do get an inexpensive blood pressure apparatus under 49 dollars. chart your blood pressure 2x’s a year. keep a story of it, and note your stress stratum of the day. the booklette comes beside machine. and do yoga, relaxation technique, and don’t watch the word prior to bedtime, this will all affect your blood pressure.

I suggest that you get evaluated now by an Dr. I am concerned about the lower amount of 100 (second reading). This is not okay. Normally I would have agreed your case if it be the above figure, it may correlate near the age, but the lower figure …..wants to be evaluated. May mean you want trials of non-drug period to control it and may eventully pilfer tabs if it cannot be controlled.
Bottomline, get hold of it checked and review it overtime. This has to be done by your GP or any Dr.
