If you need to accurately monitor and keep track of blood pressure readings, this application gets the job done. While My Blood Pressure is easy to use, its online tutorial gives you a jumpstart on how it works. Its interface is logically arranged to easily enter and edit pulse and BP readouts, and will even alert you when it’s time to take your blood pressure.

Once you enter a few readings, including the date and time taken and the systolic and diastolic levels, chart options are made available. The program creates a graph of BP trends and you can view and print readings and averages. We especially like its highlighter feature of high level readings. Plus, it can be adjusted according to your specific blood pressure condition (high, low, and normal).

While users with hypertension will certainly find this 15-day trial utility useful, anyone concerned with heart health will appreciate its approach.
